True Spa, a Singapore based wellness spa, is being charged by creditors with delaying the refund of money to former customers. Details of a deal between True Spa and another wellness spa called Atos Wellness were revealed in High Court today.

Under the last minute deal, the Body Contours' subsidiary of Atos Wellness would take over True Spa's membership packages, but the High Court judge questioned whether the services offered would be at the same standard as those offered by True Spa. The creditor's lawyers are accusing the company of using the deal as a delay tactic in order to receive an adjournment of four weeks while the details of the arrangement are ironed out. According to representatives of the creditors, they are wary about any additional delays because they have already been misled once by the company.
